ФНД «Прибытия и отъезды»
Задача ФНД «Прибытия и отъезды» — предоставить всем клиентам Игр комплексные услуги и гарантировать, что самые первые и самые последние впечатления от Олимпийских и Паралимпийских игр, от города-организатора и страны-организатора будут только положительными. Все сотрудники функции, участвующие в осуществлении деятельности, включая волонтеров, должны:
• координировать и контролировать процесс прибытия и отъезда, обеспечивая беспроблемное прохождение каждым клиентом необходимых формальных процедур;
• управлять соответствующими процессами в аэропорту;
• максимально сократить время, проводимое клиентами в аэропорту, предоставляя им тем самым больше времени для отдыха, развлечений и тренировок;
• способствовать оптимизации всех мероприятий в аэропорту;
• обеспечить строгий мониторинг процесса прибытия и отъезда и быть готовым в любое время предоставить всю необходимую информацию по запросам стейкхолдеров.

Arrival and Departure FA (A&D)
Role of A&D function is to provide complex services for any Games client and ensure both first and last positive impressions of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, of the Host City and Host Country. All the function staff Involved in operations, including volunteers, are to:
• Coordinate and control the arrival and departure process, so that it goes smoothly for each client, while they are subjected to the necessary formalities.
• Manage relevant airport processes.
• Minimize the time clients spend at the airport, providing them more time for rest, entertainment and training.
• Facilitate all processes in airport.
• Ensure strict monitoring of arrival and departure process and be ready to provide all the relevant information on stakeholders' request anytime.
